Need a getaway? Preferably cheap? We’ve got you.

First, let’s hit you with the hard truth: flights are going to be expensive if you want to go far. But there are miracles. Is Greece on your bucketlist of travel destinations? If yes, jump for joy because we found that you can fly to Santorini for as little as £80 (sometimes even £60 depending on dates).

If that doesn’t want to make you go, then the scenery definitely will. You’ll be transported to a summer paradise in the heart of Europe, a white and blue dream. The clear Aegean waters glittering from the blazing sun are all you need.

Airbnb will be your friend on this trip for a place to stay, with a range from £16 (yes you read that correctly) and up per night. Splashing out a little on a hotel or apartment may be worth it, as you’ll paying for the spectacular views, and maybe a classic cave pool in your room.

Restaurants are found across the island, with cheap-eats to fine dining, but on average expect to spend around €20 - €30 for a good meal and drinks. Walking around the various villages in the island will lead you to nightclubs, cafes, museums and wineries, then venture down to the many beaches for boat rides and scuba diving*.
